Artwork Shipping
Any artwork purchases should allow for 7-14 business days for shipment. Artwork is carefully wrapped, packaged, and handled when it leaves to go to its forever home. Shipping confirmations will be sent via email for any\all purchases.
During the holidays, please allow for 10-14 business days for tracking information to be provided.
Collectors will be REQUIRED to be home to accept the delivery. In the event the shipment is left outside, or dropped off and left unattended - Marin cannot be liable for any damage done to the artwork or if artwork goes missing. All art shipments are sent via a private shipping company, unless otherwise stated.
Payments for Commission Work
When a commission is booked, a $1500 non-refundable deposit is requested (this is applied to the final investment of the piece). Any commissions $5000 or less will need to be paid in full prior to the start date. Any commissions over $5000 can be broken into two (2) installments as follows:
* A 50% investment of the total cost is required 14 days prior to the start date
* The final investment will be paid to the artist 30 days from the initial payment.
Artwork will not ship until the commission is paid in full.
If at any point during the commission process, the Collector cannot pay the remaining balance, refuses to pay the remaining balance, cannot pay the balance within 30-days of the artwork being completed, or ceases contact with Marin - any\all funds paid to the artist will be forfeited by the Collector.
Any artwork that is not paid for in full is the property of the artist and may be sold to another Collector.
Please understand when Marin books commissions, she turns down other business opportunities. All commissions are non-refundable.
